ServiceNow Consultant (Multiple Locations) Role: ServiceNow Consultant Locations: Atlanta, GA, Toronto, ON, and Chicago, IL Job Status: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Mode of interview: Telephonic/Face to Face Responsibilities Demonstrate expert knowledge of the ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems. Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform (help desk/service management). Support clients in ServiceNow operations such as user/group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, and related functionalities. Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems. Provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise. Be available to travel and work remotely to support issues impacting ServiceNow or its related systems within the client’s enterprise. Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's strategic goals. Communicate with the customer in technical and non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions. Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team. Provide quality and consistent service to clients. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years ServiceNow development experience (including Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps). Ability to travel throughout the US as needed. ITILv3 Foundations certification. Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow. Proficiency with jQuery or Prototype libraries. Strong Java skills. Experience with CMDB/Asset integrations in ServiceNow. Familiarity with SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP.
