Paralegal

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support estate planning and trust administration matters. This role will work closely with attorneys, trustees, beneficiaries, CPAs, and financial advisors to ensure efficient and compassionate administration of trust estates from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with trust and estate administration matters. * Review estate planning documents and inventory assets. * Prepare asset schedules, spreadsheets, and trust administration documentation. * Communicate with trustees, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and other professionals. * Draft legal documents, correspondence, and trust administration materials. * Coordinate tax-related filings, including fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041). * Support asset distribution and preparation of final accountings. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with estate planning/trust administration experience. * Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning, and estate settlement processes. * Familiarity with Oregon and federal estate tax regulations is preferred. * Experience with Clio or similar legal software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. * Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred.
