Quality Engineer

Quality Manager\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global manufacturing company and they're looking for\na Quality Manager\n\n\nJob Summary: \nResponsible for internal process quality control and process improvement. This\nposition will verify new changes and new programs. The roles and\nresponsibilities listed are not meant to be all inclusive. The needs of the\ncompany may require individuals to perform other functions\n\n\nDuties and Requirements of the Job:\n• Interact with customers to resolve quality issues.\n• Track and chart customer visits using QOS measurables.\n• Problem resolution at the plant level.\n• Monitor supplier systems to gage quality performance.\n• Support AQP activities with suppliers.\n• Establish with purchasing, the supplier qualification and monitoring system.\n• Assist with improving plant standardized quality systems.\n• Assist with the internal quality system.\n• Complete special projects in the areas of quality system improvement and\ncorrective action.\n\nTraining, Knowledge and Experience:\n• Four year degree in engineering or industrial management or equivalent\ncombination of education and experience.\n• Minimum one year in a manufacturing environment.\n• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations.\n• Knowledge of MS Office computer software.\n• Customer and supplier written and verbal interaction.\n• Systematic problem-solving skills.\n• Experience in conducting or preparing for IATF/ISO quality system audits.\n\nLicensing or Other Special Certifications Required:\n1. Valid driver's license.\n2. Ability to obtain a Passport.
