You will

• Set up and run CNC machines to deliver components that meet spec, every time.
• Decode blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers to plan each operation.
• Watch the cycle, check dimensions, and adjust offsets as needed to maintain quality.
• Handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Work safely and keep your workstation organized and clean.
• Collaborate with peers to refine processes and drive efficiency gains.
• Document production activity and inspection data with accuracy.

You have

• A high school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery or working as a machinist.
• Strong grasp of CNC equipment and basic programming concepts.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting prints and technical drawings.
• Confidence using precision measurement tools and gauges.
• Sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem solving.
• Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when required.
