Location: Emmitsburg, MD

Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience

Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services is looking for a dependable Warehouse Operations Assistant to help keep our installation and service teams running each day efficiently. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday morning shifts and overtime may be required based on workload, seasonal demand, and business needs.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Operations Assistant , you'll play a critical role in preparing our installation teams for success each day by ensuring vehicles, materials, equipment, and the warehouse are organized and ready to go.

Responsibilities include:

• Unload installation vans each morning and properly separate trash and recyclable scrap metal
• Sweep and clean company vehicles daily
• Restock installation vans with materials used the previous day
• Load equipment and staged materials for scheduled installations
• Fuel company vehicles as needed before crews leave each morning
• Process and separate scrap materials according to company procedures
• Assist with loading scrap metal for recycling pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Stage equipment and stock warehouse inventory
• Wash company vehicles as workload permits
• Deliver parts and materials to job sites when needed
• Assist installation crews on job sites as needed
• Deliver, install, and retrieve temporary heating and cooling equipment
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors throughout all seasons
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Pride in maintaining clean vehicles, tools, and work areas
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Warehouse, construction, HVAC, delivery, or related experience is helpful but not required
