Description:

As a local delivery driver at Dutch Farms, you will be delivering refrigerated and frozen food product throughout Illinois and Indiana to local grocery stores.

· 4am start time

· Home daily

· Scheduled Monday through Friday every other Saturday

· Off Every Sunday & Every Other Saturday

· Assigned truck

Pay & Benefits

Paid WEEKLY!

Weekly Gross Pay: $1,300

Annual Gross Income: $67,000

Starting wage of $25 per hour

Potential .50 increase after 90-day probationary period

Job Qualifications / Requirements

· Must have valid A Class Commercial Driver’s License

· Must be familiar with electronic logs and HOS regulations

· Inspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.

· Capable of utilizing pressure bars and e-track bars to ensure load securement and safety

· Responsible for safe unloading of product at customer deliveries.

· Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperwork

· Able to maintain good professional communication with management

· Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.

· English Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.

· Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.

o PDL (Physical Demand Limit) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.
