Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans Conduct assessments and track client progress using data-driven decision-making Lead, supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Technicians / RBTs Partner with families and caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support Manage a small, intentional caseload Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance Perform planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision remotely Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards Travel quarterly as needed Requirements Active BCBA Certification (required) Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Compassionate, team-oriented mindset Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing personalized ABA therapy plans while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.
