Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will also support a welcoming environment through strong customer service, clear communication, teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an automotive manufacturing and/or service environment.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, entry points, warehouses, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and/or visitors in accordance with location protocols, helping to support authorized entry and orderly site operations.
• Observe and report conditions such as equipment issues, open doors, lighting concerns, and/or policy violations that could affect the location, following established reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
