Role Description

• Location: On-site
• Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $25 - $35 / hour

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a skilled builder who takes pride in the work. You'll be on the floor producing panels — on time, on schedule, and to spec.

We're looking for someone who reads a drawing, picks up the right tool, and gets it right the first time. Precision matters here. If you know your craft and care about doing it well, you'll fit.

Responsibilities

• Produce panels on time and on schedule
• Follow drawings and instructions with precision
• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately
• Work well with the team and keep the line moving
• Use tools skillfully and safely across the production process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or fabrication experience, specifically with wood construction
• Strong ability to read and follow drawings
• Excellent hands-on skills with tools
• Able to lift heavy items and work a full production day
• Works well in a team and communicates clearly

Preferred Experience

• Prefab, panelized, or modular construction
• Wood framing or carpentry
• Working in a production or shop environment
