Day.Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- NUTRITION & FOOD SERVICES to join ourFOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES team!The Director - Nutrition & Food Services provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for inpatient and retail food services, clinical nutrition, catering, and nutrition support services. The Director is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered nutritional care while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, fiscal stewardship, and continuous improvement aligned with Aspirus' mission and strategic priorities.Experience/QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.Master's degree preferred.Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (preferred if supervising clinical nutrition)ServSafe Manager Certification RequiredSeven years of progressive leadership experience in acute care food and nutrition services.Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and driving operational excellence.Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.Employee BenefitsFull benefits packages available for part- and full-time status.PTO accrual from day one!Generous retirement plan with match available.Wellness program for employees and their families.Aspirus Wausau Hospital, the flagship of the Aspirus system, serves northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
