Location: Parma, OH 44130 Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.70/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Free Parking Available

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to enter and review information from documents and digital files. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to perform repetitive computer-based work.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into the computer system quickly and accurately.
• Review digital documents and correct errors when needed.
• Verify information from checks, forms, and other documents.
• Compare scanned documents to original copies to make sure information is correct.
• Review and update document information and indexing.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
• Follow established procedures for processing documents and information.
• Complete assigned work within required deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of data entry, clerical, administrative, or similar experience.
• Comfortable using computers and entering information into computer systems.
• Good keyboard and 10-key skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work at a steady, fast-paced speed.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable and able to follow established procedures.
