Regional Skilled Nursing Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support multiple skilled nursing communities. This role plays a key part in helping our communities attract, hire and retain top talent while supporting overall staffing and operational goals. Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Specialist: Minimum of 2 years of regional talent acquisition, customer service, healthcare sales, or related experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Apploi, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms or job boards preferred, but not required. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, community leadership, and candidates. Proven experience supporting agency and overtime reduction efforts, including successfully partnering with communities to reduce or eliminate agency usage. Experience negotiating compensation, extending offers, and coordinating required pre-hire checks in Texas, including background, exclusion, employability, and licensure verifications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting the goals of assigned regions. Experience recruiting and hiring Licensed Nursing Facility Administrators (LNFAs) and Directors of Nursing (DONs) required.
