Physical Therapist - Rochester | Full-Time or Part-Time

Above & Beyond Senior Services (ABSS) is growing our Rochester team and looking for an experienced *Physical Therapist* who wants a different way to practice. We provide one-on-one PT and OT to older adults in their homes. Our model is intentionally different from traditional home health: longer-term client relationships, substantial therapist autonomy, lighter documentation and a clearly defined workload. We are open to either a *part-time or full-caseload therapist*, depending on the right candidate and what you want your work life to look like.

At ABSS, we define the entire workload—not just the number of visits. Our therapists typically choose between:

• *Consistent Caseload:* approximately 12 completed client visits per week, representing about *18 total working hours*
• *Full Caseload:* approximately 18 completed client visits per week, representing about *27 total working hours*

That total-work estimate includes the one-hour client visit, normal local travel, documentation and client/family communication.You have substantial control over when you schedule your clients.

Many ABSS clients remain with their therapist for years. Rather than repeatedly starting and discharging short episodes of care, you have the opportunity to know the client, family, home environment and goals—and adjust therapy as their needs change over time .Our therapists work independently in the community while remaining part of an experienced PT/OT team.

Home health or geriatric experience is helpful, but not required. We are much more interested in finding an excellent therapist who genuinely enjoys older adults and is comfortable practicing independently. A current Minnesota Physical Therapist license, reliable transportation and the ability to see clients in the Rochester area are required.

Compensation & Benefits

ABSS uses a *caseload-based compensation model* that recognizes both client visits and the additional work required to support those clients. Compensation varies based on the caseload track selected and completed visit volume. Benefits vary by caseload track and eligibility and may include paid time off, retirement benefits, continuing-education support and health reimbursement benefits.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
