Real Estate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in its Downtown Los Angeles office . This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate lawyers on sophisticated commercial real estate matters , with a focus on leasing and commercial real estate transactions .

• Drafting and revising office , retail , and industrial leases .

• Contributing to real estate acquisitions , dispositions , finance , and transactional due diligence .

• Additional experience with title and survey review is a plus.

• Opportunity to gain experience in data center leasing (helpful but not required).

• Education: J.D. with strong academic credentials .

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing , with a focus on office , retail , and industrial leases . Experience with acquisitions and dispositions is a plus.

• Skills: Strong writing , organizational , and analytical skills , with a keen interest in learning .

• State Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California .

• Other: Major law firm experience is preferred.

• Salary Range: $250,000 to $275,000 (actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors).
