Your impact

Picture this: a product changeover is on the schedule. You configure, calibrate, and verify that equipment meets spec, then document the results. Midway through the shift, a mechanical hiccup appears—you trace the issue, replace worn components, and the line is back to full speed. Later, you walk a new teammate through safe operation and daily care checks, reinforcing a culture of safety and accountability.

What you’ll do

• Configure machines and complete calibrations to meet production specifications.
• Carry out routine maintenance and timely repairs to keep lines running.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with urgency and care.
• Track equipment performance and maintenance records precisely.
• Collaborate with production to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Help train and mentor new staff on machine operation and maintenance.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certification is a plus.
• Proven background in machine setup and maintenance within manufacturing.
• Mechanical savvy paired with strong analytical problem-solving.
• Comfort reading technical manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Commitment to safe work practices and established procedures.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, when required.
