Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
Experience managing adult and geriatric caseloads preferred.
Demonstrated ability to document per facility and state requirements.
Current immunizations and health screening per facility policy required.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
Schedule: 5x8.
Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
