Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional to join our team at Vita Counseling. Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a mental health therapist.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in specific therapeutic approaches, such as CBT or DBT.
- Familiarity with telehealth practices.
- Background in working with diverse populations.
