Job Description
As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Dallas TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas support a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and our agile reliable and innovative team you will put people first work with integrity and contribute through teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Fri05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Sat05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Sun05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to site personnel visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas shipping and receiving zones parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for employees visitors and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
- Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by observing for policy violations damaged equipment and/or potential hazards then communicating findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Speak read and write fluent Spanish.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
