Principal Recruiter

To enhance the recruitment strategy, the full-time remote Principal Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting top talent and building strong candidate relationships. Key responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes Required qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis Experience in utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
