LHH recruitment solutions is hiring a Financial Analyst in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is looking for a financial analyst with a strong background in construction and real estate. Responsibilities to include: Create and review performance reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as prepare actual-to-budget analyses Analyze investment opportunities and markets as well as formulate strategy options Review of due diligence reports Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting Variance analysis, cash flow modeling, NPV / IRR You are a great fit if: Bachelor’s degree in finance or higher Experience with Homebuilding, residential construction, real estate development Experience with Land acquisition, lot development, project costing, WIP (work in progress) Advanced Excel Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Exposure to construction budgets or land deals This position is a direct hire opportunity that will pay $70k-$80k depending on resume and experience.
