Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: $45$50/hour plus mileage reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You'll Do
- Manage ventilation for pediatric and ALS patients across diverse settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine respiratory needs
- Set up, calibrate, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on ventilator use
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and equipment usage
- Offer on-call consultation support for complex cases
What You Need
Required:- Valid RRT or RN license
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment and software
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
- Previous home respiratory care experience
- Advanced technical knowledge in respiratory equipment
- Deductive problem-solving skills
