• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate various tools and machinery, including shears, brakes, and welders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Install sheet metal components on-site and collaborate with other trades.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing metal products as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sheet metal work is a plus.
• Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
