Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a Case Manager or Legal Assistant in a personal injury law firm and be familiar with all phases of a personal injury case.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from intake through settlement
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Obtain and organize medical records and billing documents
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case files
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and settlement demands

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Legal Assistant at a personal injury law firm
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and case management procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
