Job Description
Title : ER RN - Emergency Room

Schedule :
- Shift: Nights, 3x12
- Schedule pattern: 6 on / 8 off

Requirements :
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience (2 years preferred)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, SAMA
- Experience with charting system Epic
- Preferred: Trauma Level II experience, community hospital experience

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
- Perform triage and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain standards of care and adhere to protocols

Compliance / Notes :
- Orientation: 12 hours
- Weekend coverage required
- Pre-approved time off: 1 day
