Senior Quality Control Coordinator

To ensure compliance with quality control standards and federal regulations, the full-time Senior Quality Control Coordinator will conduct QC activities on complex IRB and staff documentation while working remotely in the U.S. Key responsibilities Reviews and analyzes documents for accuracy and completeness in assigned submission types Provides feedback to Research Services staff regarding errors and missing elements Models QC best practices through training and mentorship while supporting team performance initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health science or a related field, or equivalent experience Intermediate knowledge of federal laws and guidelines related to Human Subjects Research Protection Two or more years of experience in IRB, clinical research, or quality control Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel Familiarity with remote communication and meeting applications such as Zoom and Slack
