FOH Shift Leader

This location requires you to be at least 18 years of age. Our Front of House Shift Leaders are the heartbeat of the shift. They lead with a servant’s heart, bring energy to the team, and create an environment where guests feel genuinely cared for. This role is responsible for running the shift and keeping front of house operations smooth, fast, and focused. From overseeing cash handling and running breaks to making sure every position is supported, Shift Leaders keep everything flowing while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work closely with our Directors to execute daily goals, uphold Chick‑fil‑A standards, and coach and develop team members in real time. This isn’t just about getting through a shift, it’s about setting the tone, leading by example, and making the entire team better.
