Compensation:

$85,000 - $101,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, one-on-one patient care using evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that produce meaningful, measurable outcomes—not cookie-cutter protocols.
• Thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Acupuncturists work together to achieve the best possible patient results.
• Embrace continuous growth through mentorship, advanced clinical education, and ongoing professional development to become the best clinician you can be.
• Think beyond symptoms by performing thorough evaluations, identifying the root cause of dysfunction, and developing comprehensive treatment strategies that create lasting results.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by educating, motivating, and empowering them throughout their recovery journey while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture by sharing knowledge, supporting teammates, and helping elevate the standard of care throughout the clinic.
• Manage a quality-focused caseload that allows you to provide outstanding care, build strong patient relationships, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and structured clinical development are provided.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based occupational therapy principles and functional rehabilitation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for educating, motivating, and empowering patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Acupuncturists, and support staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation, scheduling, and patient care efficiently.
• Growth-minded professional committed to continuing education, clinical excellence, and lifelong learning.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, accountability, and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional team culture.
