Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse operations organization, is seeking a dedicated Operations and Customer Service Representative to join their team. As an Operations and Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the warehouse and customer support team, ensuringsmooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to clients. Job Title: Operations and Customer Service Representative Location: Charlottesville, VA Pay Range: $21 Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (hours may vary based on operational needs) What's the Job? Sort and organize daily orders for delivery or processing Verify order accuracy and identify discrepancies Assist with staging and preparing shipments Support general warehouse organization and workflow Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries What's Needed?
