Customer Service Rep I

Looking for a fast-paced customer service role with huge room to grow? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a great team!

What you’ll do:

• Help customers and business partners via phone and email

• Resolve issues and track delivery routes in real time

• Keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes

What you need:

• 1+ years of customer service/call center experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Multitasking skills and a calm problem-solving mindset

Shift: Main shift is 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Monday–Friday), with flexibility needed for 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM coverage as required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
