Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead digital initiatives supporting the launch and ongoing execution of a lifecycle marketing channel. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can coordinate cross-functional work, keep schedules on track, and bring structure to fast-moving marketing projects. The person in this role will work in a hybrid setting and help ensure assets, timelines, and deliverables are managed efficiently from planning through completion.Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day project coordination for digital marketing initiatives tied to lifecycle channel development and activation.• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, aligning stakeholders on milestones, dependencies, and delivery expectations.• Partner with marketing, creative, and operational teams to keep workstreams organized and progressing according to plan.• Track deliverables across multiple initiatives and address timeline risks before they affect launch dates or campaign quality.• Facilitate status meetings, summarize key decisions, and communicate updates clearly to cross-functional partners.• Support the management and organization of digital assets within DAM-related processes to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency.• Monitor project priorities and adjust plans as business needs evolve while maintaining focus on deadlines and outcomes.
