Now Hiring: Production & Warehouse Associate Charlotte, NC Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM We are seeking a highly motivated Production & Warehouse Associate to join a fast-growing, dynamic team supporting recreational, commercial, and defense markets. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and install custom foam assemblies Perform light manufacturing and case customization Assist with inventory management across two locations Support general warehouse and operational tasks Handle shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks Operate a forklift Conduct daily transport runs using a 20’ box truck (no CDL required) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude Fabrication experience is a plus Ability to use power and measuring tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Highly organized and able to work independently Quality-focused mindset Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly Team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent Fluent in English (spoken and written) Must pass background check and drug screening What We Offer: 401(k) plan Health, dental, and disability insurance (short & long-term) Paid holidays and vacation Opportunities for career growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Calculated Hire
