As a Traveling Superintendent, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects across the retail sector. With over 90 years of experience, Taylor Bros Construction is committed to delivering high-quality general construction and construction management services using the latest technology. Daily Responsibilities: Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks Review and interpret blueprints and specifications Required Skills: 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively. Union enrollment (Carpenters Union required for project compliance). Proficient in reading blueprints, scheduling, and job cost tracking. Excellent communication and leadership skills for field and client interactions. Willingness to travel extensively with flexibility for varying project sites. Familiarity with construction management software OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
