We are currently seeking a qualified Ag Equipment Sales Professional focused on serving customers in the Rush, Fayette and Wayne counties. This position will be based out of our Knightstown, IN Dealership. Primary Responsibilities:Establish an annuity of equipment sales by developing long-term relationships with farmer producers in an assigned territory.Prospect by evaluating Customers' fleets and production practices, and proactively proposing mechanization solutions.Sell value over price. Collaborate with Optimization and Aftermarket teammates to provide solutions that strengthen the Customer's relationship with the enterprise.Maintain a working knowledge of equipment and technology features and benefits and their practical application. Equipment includes tractors, combines, planters, and sprayers.Apply focused effort to dealership processes. Document valuable interactions with Customers.Other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager
