Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) – Mullica Hill, NJ Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our program in Mullica Hill, NJ. Pay Rate: $18.13 per hour. Earn up to $17.61 per hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option. Schedule: Friday 3pm‑11pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am‑9pm. No experience required—paid training will be provided. Responsibilities Our ideal DSP candidate will: create long‑term impacts on individuals’ lives, encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals, foster a true sense of pride in clients by teaching them daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry, and assist with daily and personal activities. Work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager, who reviews results through living area observation, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings. Must possess a valid driver’s license; preferred candidates have their own transportation. Must have a verifiable high school diploma/G.E.D. Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
