Starbucks Department SupervisorThis is a full time position. Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department. Is responsible for assisting the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and standards. Responsibilities may include: ordering and receiving product; completing paperwork; interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, TRAINING Complete Company's training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training.
