Highlights Boutique plaintiff trial firm Hybrid flexibility available Sophisticated, high-value personal injury matters Hands-on trial preparation experience Collaborative team environment Competitive compensation + benefits Long-term growth opportunity Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition notices Prepare and respond to written discovery Manage document production and case files Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and case materials Coordinate expert discovery and related deadlines Assist with law and motion filings and exhibit preparation Prepare trial binders, witness lists, exhibit lists, and pre-trial filings Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and court personnel Maintain litigation and trial calendars Qualifications 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of California litigation procedures and deadlines Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Trial experience strongly preferred This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished litigation paralegal seeking sophisticated trial work, a collaborative culture, and meaningful hands-on involvement within a respected boutique firm.
