Medical Waste Processing Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm )
- Process medical waste according to established safety procedures
- Unload boxes of medical waste and properly empty contents into designated processing areas
- Move materials and products to the autoclave for sterilization and processing
- Push and pull carts containing materials throughout the facility
- Load, unload, sort, and organize materials as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Medical Waste Processing Associate Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in an industrial processing environment that may include strong odors and exposure to packaged medical waste
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
