The Restaurant Manager No Late Nights! leads a dynamic team of over 25 staff members, ensuring smooth restaurant operations without late-night hours. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and meeting critical performance goals including revenue targets, staff retention, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the manager oversees mixed rotating shifts and daily vendor interactions to uphold quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a large team to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly
• Manage rotating shift schedules and coordinate mixed shift coverage
• Train staff to uphold quality and performance standards
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate daily vendor communications
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Proven skills in customer service and team leadership
• Competence in conflict resolution and problem solving
• Familiarity with scheduling software and inventory management
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills
