Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient histories and assessments with emphasis on lifestyle, nutrition, environmental factors, and genetics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating functional medicine principles.
• Order and interpret advanced laboratory testing to identify underlying imbalances and dysfunctions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplements, and stress management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in functional medicine and participate in continuing education.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
• Experience or training in Functional Medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
