Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a SNF UNIT setting, in Shreveport, LA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active LA. SNF UNIT license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 07/06/2026 and ends on 10/03/2026
