Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) located in Rhinelander. This position involves providing respiratory therapy services across various patient care areas, including emergency and general care, supporting all age groups with advanced ventilator management, patient assessments, and emergency response protocols. The role requires resilience, adaptability, and strong documentation skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12-hour variable shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, WI License, Certifications in American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS. NRP preferred. NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. One or more years of respiratory therapy experience. Experience with EPIC charting system and equipment including Bipap V60, Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, LTV1200 transport ventilators, Airvo2 (Heated High flow), Optiflow, and Resmed S10 auto CPAPs.
• Preferred Qualifications: NRP certification.
• Float: Float rotation may be required in Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River; floating can be prescheduled.
• Additional Information: Position involves supporting emergency services such as Rapid Response and Code Blue, with the ability to adapt to change and manage multiple patient needs. During flu season, any traveler declining vaccination must wear a mask at all times, in accordance with facility policy.
