Key responsibilities Manage and analyze a portfolio of distressed loans to develop targeted recovery plans and resolve delinquencies Oversee the voluntary surrender process for transportation assets and collaborate on high-value litigation and repossession cases Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Required qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Punjabi 5-7 years of experience in commercial transportation, finance, or leasing Strong proficiency with skip tracing tools and investigative research methods Proven track record of meeting recovery targets in the commercial financial industry Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
