Registered Nurse

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in our Connecticut facilities. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, educating patients and families, and documenting care accurately in the EMR. You’ll work with advanced medical technology, follow evidence-based practices, precept newer staff as needed, and participate in quality improvement while supporting a culture of safety, inclusion, and professional growth.
