- Build a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that encourages curiosity, accountability, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide thoughtful guidance, feedback, and development support to managers, helping them strengthen their leadership capabilities and grow their teams.
- Promote effective resource planning, workload management, and prioritization across the function, especially during peak business development and client delivery periods.
Business Partnership and Strategic Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Americas industries, practices, geographies, Business Development, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
- Translate business priorities into research and intelligence strategies that support growth, client impact, and differentiated market positioning.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify the most pressing commercial, industry, competitive, and market intelligence needs and ensure the team delivers timely, relevant, and actionable insights.
- Represent the Americas Business Intelligence function in cross-functional forums, helping shape priorities, communicate capabilities, and reinforce the value of the team’s work.

- Identify opportunities to improve research products, repeatable deliverables, screening approaches, and intelligence workflows that increase efficiency and value for internal clients.
Innovation, AI, and Operational Excellence
- Champion the responsible use of firm-approved AI tools, automation, data platforms, and technology to improve productivity, enhance insight generation, and streamline repetitive workflows.
- Partner with global Business Intelligence leadership to evolve operating practices, service models, intake processes, metrics, and reporting that demonstrate impact and improve the internal client experience.
- Use data and stakeholder feedback to assess demand, quality, utilization, turnaround times, and team capacity, making informed recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Foster a test-and-learn mindset that encourages practical innovation while maintaining appropriate confidentiality, quality, and risk standards.
- Contribute to global initiatives that strengthen consistency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across region.
Vendor, Subscription, and Research Spend Management
- Participate in governance for managed data subscriptions, research tools, third-party research providers, expert networks, and related vendor relationships.
- Support subscription renewals, vendor performance, usage reviews, seat and module optimization, and renewal challenge processes to ensure spend is aligned with business value, utilization, and firm priorities.
- Identify and execute opportunities to reduce underutilized spend, consolidate duplicative tools, improve vendor leverage, and redirect capacity or savings toward higher-value business development and client support.
Additional responsibilities as identified. This description is not designed to encompass a comprehensive listing of required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring
