DATA SPECIALIST — AI TOOLS & AUTOMATION

ON-SITE LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Deerfield Beach, Florida | Full-Time Help build the data and AI tools that make Straticon faster and smarter. Straticon is seeking a Data Specialist to help build and maintain the backend of our AI tools and automations. This is a hands-on, coding-heavy role for someone early in their career who's comfortable working with data and eager to grow into a bigger technology and AI role over time. You'll work closely with our technology team to build, maintain, and improve the tools and systems that power Straticon's day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Data & Analytics Collect, clean, and organize data from across the business to support reporting and decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics. Write SQL queries and scripts to pull, transform, and validate data from multiple systems. Help troubleshoot data quality issues and keep reporting accurate and up to date. AI Tools & Backend Development Write backend code (Python and other languages) to support and maintain Straticon's internal AI tools and automations. Help build, test, and improve features for AI-powered tools under the guidance of senior team members. Support integration of AI tools with existing business systems and data sources. Document code and processes clearly so tools can be maintained and improved over time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Some experience or coursework in data analysis, programming, or computer science — internships, personal projects, bootcamps, or a related degree all count. Comfortable writing code, with Python and/or SQL experience preferred. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and troubleshooting issues. Eager to learn, take direction, and grow into a larger technology/AI role over time. Good communication skills, and comfortable asking questions and working closely with a small team.
