Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
• Document all client interactions and services in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to enhance care delivery and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest quality of service.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring coordinated care.
• Maintain open lines of communication within the organization and with community partners to fulfill contractual obligations and advance our mission.
• Forge and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies and organizations to promote services and identify potential alliances and funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and relevant meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Bring our agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles into practice every day.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support agency operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Grow Healthcare Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Your role will be pivotal in supporting their recovery journeys and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board, permitting unsupervised practice.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain clinical records and generate accurate reports.

Preferred Experience
