We proudly serve the manufactured housing industry and residential exterior cladding market with a broad product portfolio and a service platform customers rely on to grow their businesses.We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), operational reporting, and strategic decision-making in a manufacturing and distribution environment.Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting and Operations to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver actionable financial insights.This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) processesDevelop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analysisPerform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year)Support month-end close in partnership with AccountingPrepare executive-level reporting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowAnalyze margins, inventory valuation (moving average costing), and operational KPIsImprove financial reporting systems, dashboards, and ERP processesSupport internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reportingIdentify process improvements and implement scalable reporting solutionsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate financeExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operationsAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred:Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Epicor (Prophet 21/Eagle), BI tools, or similarGAAP knowledgeExperience supporting operations and inventory analysisWhat We're Looking ForStrong financial modeling and forecasting skillsDetail-oriented with excellent business acumenAbility to translate financial data into clear, actionable insightsProcess improvement mindsetComfortable working cross-functionally with operations and leadershipWhy Join Style Crest?Established, growing organization with 50+ years of industry leadershipStrategic, high-impact role with executive visibilityCollaborative team environmentWe're an equal opportunity employer.
