Licensing Coordinator - All Brands

## **Here is what you need to know about the job:****Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Licensing Approvals & Timeline Manager to serve as the liaison between our internal teams and licensors/licensees. Managing seven brands across men’s and women’s apparel, you’ll ensure smooth approval workflows and timeline coordination.**Responsibilities:*** Submit artwork, CADs, and samples for licensor/licensee approvals.* Gather feedback and communicate cross-functionally with design, production, and leadership.* Coordinate approval timelines, sample reviews, and meetings.* Ensure compliance with brand approval policies and deadlines.**Qualifications:*** 7-10 years in licensing approvals or related roles.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Proficient with project management tools and approval workflows.* Ability to work across multiple categories and report to the SVP Divisional Head.**Compensation & Benefits*** Annual base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 (Actual salary based on experience and skill level)* Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Company Holidays**Important Notice: Fraudulent Communications**It has come to our attention that individuals have been posing as representatives of Li & Fung and may send fraudulent employment or other inquiries.
