About the Role:
Join Lupes Cleaning Service LLC as a House Cleaner and be a part of a dedicated team that takes pride in delivering top-notch cleaning services. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy creating clean and inviting spaces for our clients in La Habra, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including weekends if necessary.
