Director of Lab Operations & Facilities

Kymera Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director or Director of Laboratory Operations and Facilities to lead a day-to-day lab and building operations while scaling systems and processes as the company grows. You will partner with the Executive Director, Facilities to align on annual goals, budgets, and execution, and manage a team across research and facilities.
